SUMMARY:Taller de salud cardiovascular
DESCRIPTION:El 14 de febrero a las 11:00 h tendrá lugar en la sala de reuniones de la Ciudad Deportiva de Alpedrete el Taller “La mejor pastilla es la zapatilla” impartido por Anna Jiménez Espada\, fisioterapeuta del Hospital General de Villalba. \nOs proponemos celebrar San Valentín conociendo sencillas pautas y consejos para cuidar el corazón y descubriendo los beneficios que el ejercicio físico continuado tiene sobre el sistema cardiovascular\, digestivo y endocrino. \nDurante el taller también se realizarán acciones orientadas a mejorar la energía y controlar el estrés y se formará sobre rehabilitación cardíaca tras accidentes cardiovasculares. \nInscripciones en la ciudad deportiva o en el teléfono 918571919 hasta completar aforo.
